We make reasonable efforts to deliver professional and accurate services. However, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service in question.

7. Termination
Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice, as per the terms of the agreement. Termination does not relieve the client of payment obligations for services rendered up to the termination date.

8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Global Prodocs Consulting LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
